I avoided the pie last night. It's too bad - it was my sister's homemade lemon meringue pie. Really yummy, and I know how much people like to hear their cooking was good (I know I like to hear it a lot..), but it was late, and I was tired and still so full of steak and mushrooms. Yummmmmm. The last few days have gone fairly well. I'm not sure if I'm less happy about going over my calorie goal by 100 or being under by almost 600 (that was not intentional) - but I figure they're both fine because it's all just trying to even out. And I am happy with myself that so far (for 4 days...) I have been really good at keeping my food diary. this has been so successful for me in the past, if I let it, it will be again.
