Still struggling a little bit being happy with the numbers on the scale. I am on week 5 of regular (5 days a week) at the gym and 3 weeks of calorie deficit. I definitely have gotten alot stronger with weight lifting and I can actually see a hint of biceps, my cardio is wayyyy better (my personal best yesterday running 3 miles at 5.8mph). I can also touch my toes now! It seems like such a small thing but it has been years since I've been so flexible. The numbers on the scale are the thing I am just so stinking disappointed in. I am reminding myself that it hasn't been that long and I've gained alot of muscle. Oh well, patience is needed. Finishing my FAVORITE breakfast of the triple zero Oikos greek yogurt, Modere liquid biocell collagen, and 2 scoops of Isopure protein powder. Creamy and delicious! Plus a killer protein bomb for the morning. Hitting the gym in a few for another run and some ab/glute work.
