Been a busy week and a half so Im ok with this weigh-in. I was up earlier this week and Ive been trying to not let that derail me. I havent prepped or precooked anything for the week so its been rough to make good choices, rather than easy ones. At a work event yesterday and today and I brought some veggies to snack on. Just trying to stay mindful and then not go crazy for dinner.
