Good day at work yesterday (energy and focus) followed by an hour of walk/job up the hill to the novitiate. Did lower body exercises this morning... no walk today (a rest day) and anyway I have an afternoon meeting at the hospital that will run late. Think I will try to mix up the morning exercises using different DVDs: Monday & Thursday 30" of lower body; Tuesday & Friday 30" of upper body and Wednesday and Saturday 30" of abs.
