April was a good month for me. Chart shows a total of 15,066 netted calories which equals about 4lbs, I’ve lost about 5lbs so I’m doing well with the guesstimates of restaurant food and measuring when I don’t have the tools. Looking forward to May! Hoping I can just keep up this lifestyle which has been pretty much just saying no to overeating because I’m logging everything, portion control, and really just accountability.
