okay so I'm on day 3 of keto + intermittent fasting. Sugars out of control, weight out of control, finally gone full circle and back in the game, on the basis that dying sucks.

listening to lots of podcasts for motivation.

I've chosen my window to be 5pm to 9pm.

Anyway, day 3. Yesterday was easy.

today? SARA BOUGHT WHAT LOOKS LIKE POUTINE. She's chugging down meat and chips. it smells of fried chips and it has stuff on it like sour cream.

it's 1:46pm. I haven't eaten since 8:30pm last night.

One of us is going to die soon. either me from despair, or her from being mugged for her poutine.

sigh.

I’d widen your eating window if you are feeling overwhelmed by it or overly hungry. Start wider until your body acclimates. I eat 3 meals, 1 snack eating window 7 am - 7 pm.

@stormsGirl thanks very much. You're right. Thanks everyone else for the welcome back. I shouldn't have stayed away so long but I had personal problems so tend to squirrel self away when that happens.
