I’d widen your eating window if you are feeling overwhelmed by it or overly hungry. Start wider until your body acclimates.
I eat 3 meals, 1 snack eating window 7 am - 7 pm.

@stormsGirl thanks very much. You're right. Thanks everyone else for the welcome back. I shouldn't have stayed away so long but I had personal problems so tend to squirrel self away when that happens.
