After a weekend of being naughty with food I'm trying to get back on track. Brought my workout clothes to work so I'll be hitting the gym hard today to make my challenge deadline for this week. I've got to push hard 3 times which I guess will be today, tomorrow, and Saturday. I figure I procrastinate with everything else, it's not surprising that I do it with my fitness challenge.
