Non Scale Victory (NSV) today. I was going through my clothes closet weeding out clothes to donate. I came across a couple of summer tops I purchased at least 5 years ago if not more that were too tight when I sat down so I haven’t worn them (price tag still on them). I thought I’d give it one last try before tossing them in the box.
Not only do they fit, there’s even room to spare! Couldn’t have done it without the support of my FS peeps. 🥰

That’s what we all need not the number in scale. Keep rocking 🔥🙌. I remember I was chubby with my current body weight 15 years back 😅

That is fantastic! I cleaned out my closet before I started losing weight last year. Now I wish I hadn't been so eager to give away all the clothes I thought I would never get into again. I had no faith in myself that I would/could lose! I wish I had kept some of it, even tho I would have been giving it away now anyway, but because it's now too big. lol. Congrats Val, you're doing great. 👏 ❤️

Thanks DK. It’s funny how we think differently even though we’re all on the same journey. Like you I had no faith in myself that this time would be any different (I’ve been a member of FS since 2009 without I considered any significant success), and that is the reason I held on to some of my previous clothes. Truth be told, I am still nervous giving them away, but I am now confident I will not need them ever again. 😊

Isn't that amazing, Val!? I have 6 different sizes of clothes and this summer I was happy to reunite my well forgotten jeans!
