Been going off the rails the past 24 hours. McDonald’s for dinner last night. Was crazy busy and got lazy.
Busy day again today. Only had time to eat dinner but boy was it a doozy hah close to a 2,000 cal dinner.
We’ll see what the scale is saying in the morning.
