Breakfast : Two eggs, 1 egg white, mushrooms and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Side of asparagus and 2 slices of well toasted bread ( how I like it) with Smuckers natural apricot preserves. 2 cups decaf coffee. About 650 calories and 48 grams of protein.

now that looks good need a job I need a breakfast cook only Ned ya to make about 400 of those a day.

Honee my family would say that toast is burned and yet it is EXACTLY HOW I LIKE IT TOO!!!! People dont know what they are missing with their pale toast 😃. Your brekky looks fantastic. Now im hungry.😋
