Last week I went to UK BioBank for a catch up. The company is following residents of the UK through their life re their health- I had a brain scan (I still do have one), my neck, lungs and stomach, also my bone density were scanned. I didn't like the last scan, only because when I got the report I have 42% fat mass and the result is border line high blood pressure. A couple of days later I went to see my local physio because I have toes that don't bend- so it's possible that I have arthritis in my left foot, as well as in my right knee. I have now to go and see a podiatrist about this. It all puts me off walking which probably accounts for the weight increase etc.Today I went to watch one of my grandsons in a drum corps competion, hence the eating/ exercise day today.
