Big day today, well small win but same same. I have not been in a gym or done a proper workout in 7+ months. (Kids, family, work, home projects, all the normal excuses.) I had the ability to take an extended lunch at work today so I hit the gym mid day. Then I decided to give the gym’s kids club a try and brought my boys in the afternoon. They played, I caught a second workout everyone wins. Hoping the kids club works out and they continue to have fun and I can get back into the groove and work out at least 3 times a week.
