I have had my new pizza oven almost six weeks and today was the first time I was able to use it. Either too rainy forecast, too hot, too much work being done in m6 courtyard, finding an appropriate cart to use with it, and clearing out a place in my pantry when not in use. Here is my first attempt. Turkey pepperoni, plant based sausage and mixed peppers, and pesto and ricotta. I was pleased with the results but I am going to use real mozzarella next time, real sausage and regular pepperoni. The toppings on these were just things I already had at home. Next time a bit more creative with the toppings.
