** Posting to keep myself accountable haha if you don’t want to be bored, pass on by and have a great day.

Second goal weight surpassed this morning (barely) still going to finish this week out holding as close as possible to 2,100 calories a day.

Hitting the weight goal was nice, feels like I’ve laid the groundwork to start fine tuning.

These RDI / BMR / TDEE calculators are an amazing tool to get started, but they are just calculators. It’s important to know how your body works as an individual.

My plan is to evaluate and adjust weekly until I stop losing weight. This week my goal is 2,100 calories a day. If I lose weight I will bump it up to 2,200 next week, 2,300 the following week so on and so forth until I find my true maintenance calories.

From there, who knows… I’m like a dog chasing cars, wouldn’t know what to do if I caught one.
