I'm so glad I came back!Thankyou everyone for supporting me. My main exercise is my allotment, last week the weather was great, but I'm not allowed to do any gardening,after my eye op,until the week after next,so not much exercise being done in this house,I had a hip replacement 3 years ago so I can't do alot of exercises in the gym. I live in the Pennines in the north of England, it's very hilly round here and whichever direction I walk I will go uphill at some point so I walk a few times a week. Hoping to see less of you all.
