Last night I had the most difficult workout thus far. Earlier in the day I found out a friend had died and it didn't really hit me until I was at the gym... then it came in waves. One moment I'd be alright and the next I was full on ugly crying my face off. I'm going to keep up with tracking and working out, but I'm not really up for interactions for a bit.
