Well here I go again. The infamous fat flush plan.
I did this in July of 2005 with great success. But it was very strict.
I journaled all of it.
I lost 12 pounds and 10 inches. I have a lot more to loose this time, but it will be a great jump start.
Just spent 75.00 in starting supplies. It will be worth it.
I need this.

I bought a basket full of fresh veggies and fruits today. They are so expensive. They are not organic yet were close to a dollar each piece. They all got a clorox bath and were laid out to dry. I made an awesome soup today and am drinking my C water. I have an enormous amount of energy today. I worked out for 35 minutes.
