Week 3 of 3rd 6wks, success, 138, 35.6% body fat, musc mass 84.2, keto trace, no exersize (overslept).
Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner smoked turkey, sweet pickles, one slice swiss cheese, chocolate covered vanilla ice cream low carb bar.
Worked very late tonight and home after 10pm. One of the very few times I have had an overwhelming urge to eat carbs (in the form of a delicious pizza slice readily available in many wonderful pizza shops just a short walk away! I didn't go out for a walk of course--just made a quick bite and played with my kittens. It did make me remember how incredibly hard this process can be--wrestling with cravings is no small matter! I am just so very grateful that it doesn't happen very often due to staying away from carbs. I guess being overly tired--and very stressed at work (we are downsizing and no one knows whether their job is safe) set me up. If I had not been on Atkins, I definitly would have had 2 large slices (not just one) late at night--then started craving carbs the next day--then decided--what the 'h', I went off anyway--then the cycle would have started.
