Another day of feeling awesome on the Atkins diet! No hunger pangs, no sugar cravings, and lots of energy, which is great because I have a ton of things to do.

Note to self: Must get some good veggies in today.

The scale is going down. It said 119 this morning.

Looking forward to a good movie tonight and some more good food.

Thanks for accepting! I was a big WW fan for a long time, but the change in their plan and some research on the Atkins, made me switch. It's very exciting to be eating real food again. I highly recommend checking out the New Atkins for a New You. Love your pics and bio by the way. You've been hiking in some beautiful places. Last hikes I was on were in Taos, NM and Ft. Davis, Texas.
