Week 5 of 3rd 6 wks, 136, 36.4% body fat, musc mass 82, trace ketones, 45 min level 8 elliptical (verrrrrrrrrry difficult--still sick but took it as easy as I could).
Strange eating day. We were going to go out and kept finding things to do. What was supposed to be brunch (so skipped breakfast) turned out to be a 4:30 early dinner (so skipped lunch too.) Had crab stuffed mushrooms, ceasar salad, small amount of soardfish, 2 glasses cabernet.
Still sick.
