Mistybenner's Notizen, 03 Mai 17

Doing another fast. It's going good. Dinner at 6:30 works for me. I was eating at 9am again at 12 again sometimes at 2:30 then dinner then a "snack" ugh. No more of that for at least 53 days. I try and make these choices for a lifetime but have side tracked multiple times. I do get back on the right track within a couple of months so... I need to learn not to derail and say no to mindless eating. Like I just give up and say yes I'll have that whole pizza then I'll have three donuts then I'll have dinner then I'll have some cereal or ice cream with syrup ugh.

After reading my post again Misty, it sounds like I was implying you're whining...that thought honestly didn't enter my mind, I just wanted you to remember the encouraging words you told me when I was stuck on a plateau last spring...sorry if there was any other meaning taken :)

lol Steve I get it!! I was looking back at last years entries and dang I was 120 lbs about 330 days ago! That's when I posted my ab pic. I'm determined to get my blue line again. I'm on day two of my HP's buddy :-)
