Well found some very useful info today on Jorge Cruise's facebook. Apparently there is a book update, little bit more info that might help. Thought I would share if you guys haven't seen.

Thanks for posting - I still think his wgt loss estimates are overly optimistic. I have over 30 pounds to loose, have followed his plan to the "T" and have slowed to .7 lost for this week. Very discouraging.

Yea, per the weight lost charts, I should be between 145-155 ideal weight and when I started I was 215. So per the book I should lose 10-13 lbs. per week, but that didn't happen so far. I have lost 10 lbs. in about 2 weeks and that is with cheating on Super bowl Sunday. ;)(I had to!) So I think the weight is going to come off more like 3-4 lbs. per week if even that. I think everyone who had a bad diet, would initially lose weight a lot because its like a shock to the body, but after that, the body gets use to it and then its going to come off slower. But any amount is better then none, I am going to continue to sticking to it for another two weeks to make a full month of it and see how things are. At least its a healthier way to eat.
