Considering I need to lose about 3 lbs a week to make my goal, and this last week I didn't lose any, actually gained, I'm not doing well at all!

However, last night I did get in 3 games of volleyball (found I could handle it if I played one, sat one out, played one...), so feeling good about that exercise. Also been getting to the gym regularly. So this next week will really push to get at least 3 lbs off, hopefully 5.
101,7 kg Bisher verloren: 4,0 kg.    Still to go: 38,2 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
