Don't get discouraged. I'm not sure how tall you are but one thing to consider is if your goal of 105 is something to strive for? I don't want to discourage you from doing what you think is right but I also don't want you to beat yourself up for something that might never come and/or be unhealthy. Hey, Mike, will check out the links. I am 5'0, so 105 is within my healthy range. I'm most comfy at that weight, but only when I'm not weight training. That is why I put 110 as my first goal because when I work out weights, my comfortable weight has always been between 110-112. I will have to start using the test jeans/pants as a guide and not the scale since I am weight training now.

Actually am happy to see 116.6 because the scale is doing exactly what it did before. It showed a low #, trended upwards a few days, then settled on that original low #. Wierd.
