Really starting the notice more ab definition, going to have to take new progress pics soon. Carb cycling has been working very well for me. I feel like my body pretty much tells me when I need refeeds now so that has been an interesting experience. I usually refeed every 4th or 5th day but lately I will wake up in the morning and just feel like "I need to refeed today" it kind of feels like my muscles are depleted and my water retention is low.

I have been changing up my lifts a bit this week as well. Lower rep and higher weight, was getting a little to used to the high rep, low weight. Still doing 30 second breaks between sets and a lot of super setting. In addition, doin abs three days a week now, 200 to 300 reps each time.

Noticed a huge different in muscle volume from my last refeed. Usually I refeed with glyco-maize as one of my largest sources of carbs. Since it is so starchy and fast acting I don't think it was doing an adequate job. Refed two days ago with whole oats and whole grain pasta all day and felt much different. Will have to try it again on my next refeed to see if I am imagining things.

I totally don't understand your food intake. Ok, I do understand it, but I am not a big fan. While I get you are losing, and working out, etc.. what are you going to do when you get in total shape, and lost all the weight you want to lose? Will you continue to eat like this for ever? Do you have a total adversion to vegetables? What's the deal? Why aren't you trying to eat more of your protein, than drink it? You will eventually need to transition to some type of healthy eating on a daily basis, won't you? I need more info.. what gives? (oh, and great abs btw!;)
