Day 8
Lost 12 pounds on week one of fat flush and 8 inches. WOW!! What happened. As you can see in my journals it hasn't been a feel good ride but WOW.
This is unbelievable!!!
I want to put in my weight but it wont let me. Maybe I will have to put it in over the next few days, but that isn't correct for the readers to anlayze. I wrote to fat secret and maybe they can assist me.
Can you believe it!! Wow and I was not hungry one time until last night and that was probably due to the 40 min hike that maybe consumed too many calories. I think I will go to pilates now. See ya and hang in there people. You can do it!

thanks, I still cant believe it so I went to the gym and used the scale and it was true. I feel like I won the lottery.

Congrats! That's encouraging. I'm going to start the Fat Flush this weekend. How strict are you on the plan? Do you stick to the letter? no caffine, are you using the whey mix?
Please advise, anything info is helpfull
