I'm in ketosis but the scale is not reflecting it. It's driving me crazy bc I'm not losing. I lost the 1st 8-9 lbs pretty effortlessly, but it's very slow going right now.
I'm going to start tracking my macro's (the thing I hate most is tracking) but will try it to see if I'm eating more or less than what I should.
I've looked at a couple of different keto calculators and they all give me different answers, which is frustrating as well. So I'll just stick with one.
