32.6 pounds gone since march. I am so proud of myself. If I can do it anyone can do it. Y'all are amazing and we all will meet our goal. Whether it takes 6 months, a year, 2 years. We can all get it off.

Most of that helped after I lost my son. I was so sad and depressed I didn't wanna eat anything and if I did I ate a cracker. Got most calories from sodas. But I'm eating and eating healthy. I have learned that sleep plays a big role in losing weight.
