Ok I'm starting the BFC plan for Women over 40 today. I'm committed to following this plan for a week. I've just finished my breakfast and I feel really full. Normally I would have eaten half that. At this moment I can't even image fitting in his suggested snacks. We'll see. So I guess next week I'll weigh in on Thursday.

Has anyone else tried this plan?

Good luck - I am anxious to see how you do on the plan. I haven't try it yet and I just got the email about Jorge's coaching plan...still considering joining that program.
