LOL- I find those foods to be yummy and healthy :P I sometimes make a dip out of the yolks from boiled eggs mashed up with some mayo :) Your profile says you have lost alot! Well done!

Sometimes we focus too much on weight and don't realise that our measurements are still dropping even if the scale shows a gain.

Make your scale start reading from -3 instead of 0 and you will have an instant 3kg loss :D :)
