SLEEP: To bed at 12:45am. Asleep before 1:00am. Awake at 5:00am, with trouble breathing and very dry mouth. Nose stuffed. Back to sleep about 6:30am. Awake with alarm at 9:30am. Back to sleep until 10:30am. Restless sleep & I still don't feel good. Nose blocked. ??? maybe allergies. Total of poor sleep 4+3+1=8 hrs.
WEIGHT: Forgot to step on scale before I guzzled 2 glasses of water and a cup of coffee.
MEALS: snack at 5am- 5 rice crisps with dry curd cott ch+yogurt+onion soup mix dip. Breakfast:12:10pm egg zucchini frittata w dry curd & coffee. Lunch: 2 wheat tin crackers with cott cheese spread & tomato, 1 c red cabbage saute, dark 70% chocolate, coffee

THOUGHTS: I really should get out of the house, but I am not going to. I will go out tomorrow. Decluttering is very similar to loosing excess weight. Today I will do some household bookkeeping, and declutter & shred 1/4 filing box of paper.
