Past few days have been tough. I tried by all means to stick to VLCD rules and I am proud I did not go overboard. I had the worst constipation ever (first time in my life) felt bloated and wanted to snack all the time. I only had apples for a snack though. Finally got some senna tea and I am sorted now. was very grumpy and tired these past 2 days. I hope this did not reverse any of the achievements I had made last week. Cant wait to weigh in tomorrow. Only 1 more week of VLCD left.
