Ok guys I’ve never really did the diet thing or watched my calories or weight so I need a little help. This question is mainly for the women. Ok so do you actually weight more on your period??

I know it varies from person to person, but I retain water and bloat during that time of the month. It's quite disheartening when the scale jumps up (sometimes by 5 lbs!) overnight. I don't weigh-in when that's happening. Pseudo weight gain.

Ok I thought I was just crazy! I mean I still lost a pound but I’m super nervous to get on the scale again. I can see my stomach has almost doubled since last night and that just made me so upset!!!
