Hi, my name is Ashley but prefer Ash. I am 60 years of age and a taxi driver so sedentary while working. Play golf twice a week this is my main exercise. My wife is Greek and we both enjoy our food Mediterranean and British. Our son is getting married may 2016 and I am determined to not go fat.

So need a kick up the backside etc.
