After trying several others diets that did not have long lasting results. I decided to try the Ketogenic diet after seeing on FB the many people that were having great results. After getting my doctors opinion about the diet has motivated me even more. I began to put on the weight after having four children, I cannot seem to keep it off. I want to be around for a very long time to enjoy them, with this life style change I want to be able to still enjoy the foods I love and still drop the weight and be healthier.
