So a little about me, I am Costa Rican lived in Florida my whole life. I moved around to Georgia and Orlando but for the most part lived in south florida my whole life. I am doing this to get back into shape. I use to be from head to toe muscle and felt good back in high school. I just want to be toned up. Want a six pack again I am not big but I do have my love handles lol, so just want to get back to where I feel good. Thats what I tell people that you need to feel good with yourself and be healthy, so you can be 300 plus and as long as you feel good with yourself and your healthy thats all that matters. So to all the people out there thanks for motivating me and I hope to do the same for others.
