Hi,
I am a 35 year old single mom who has been through some serious health issues over the past 4 years. The problems have hampered my ability to excercise because it would cause more damage. I have just recently had what I hope to say is my last surgery (5 in 4 years is enough for me!) and I need to get back in shape, YESTERDAY!
So here I am, I lost over 100 pounds a few years ago and looked and felt great. I want that feeling back and will do everything that I have to, to achieve that goal.
