Im a 21 year old vegetarian, that is very picky in what she eats!! I am in love with junk food and crappy drinks, so I am trying to turn my lifestyle around to become in love with healthy choices! I just quit smoking last month, which in turned made me gain 13 pounds! Not to mention I have a desk job where I sit for 40 hours a week and stare into a computer. Talk about a difference! I feel tired all the time, and have no energy anymore! I am hoping that my new lifestyle choices will help me achieve my goals and allow me to stay healthy through my twenties and on! :)
