No, I did not lose 2kg in two days! :-) I was just waterlogged or the new scales were acting up.
But FatSecret definitely makes one more disciplined. I opted for Chinese cabbage salad instead of adding potatoes to today's dinner.

Finished my morning coffee - 2 kcal. Into my 16-hour fasting period till 1 pm.
Light work and light physical therapy today to tame my ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome. Yuk! I hate feeling sick, but that reminds me to take better care of myself.

Making a list of my favorite foods in the restaurants. The criteria is high protein content, medium calorie level, and low DII index value.
This grilled calamari with veggie salsa is about 150g and contains ~25g of protein. The whole meal, including the salsa which contains olive oil, would be about 200 kcal and is suitable for a dinner. They usually offer bread and butter at the table, adding more calories. Add another 150 kcal and 5g of protein from butter.
Definitely "yes" to this!
