The differences are quite significant between frozen precut, baked and roasted. All the same mass/grams. Does anyone know why? I don’t want to make the mistake of roasting when it’s clearly better to bake it. What’s the real difference in preparation?

I’m craving potato chips (blame the weather + studying). In trying to decide between getting precut frozen chips & an actual potato, I made a calorie comparison.
Does anyone know why the frozen chips are so much lower in calories than a fresh potato?

Guys, my BMR is about 1250 kcal per day and to lose weight I need to consume about 500 kcal less per day in total, so about 750 kcal. How do I do that without starving myself? I’m on Herbalife shakes which help during the day, but when I’m home for dinner I just live between the couch and the fridge 🙈
