I haven't really followed my diet completely, but I am working toward everything.
I am trying to get out there and start excersising, which is my one of my problem areas. I can't really excersise in the morning, as this is my schedule(Starting Jan. 16th)Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
5:00am-6.40am- Get up around for school (Make my lunch, get everything around)
6:40am-7:30am- Bus to school
7:30am-3:45pm- At school
3:45pm-4:30pm- Bus to home
4:30pm-5:30pm- Get a snack and study
5:45pm-6:15pm- Dinner
6:30pm-7:50pm- Studying
8:00pm-8:45pm- Shower
9:15pm-9:45pm- Catch up on a TV epidsodes, Read, or listen to music.
10:00pm- In bed.
And This is my schedule on Wednesday's:
5:00am-6.40am- Get up around for school (Make my lunch, get everything around)
6:40am-7:30am- Bus to school
7:30am-3:45pm- At school
3:45pm-4:30pm- Bus to home
4:30pm-5:30pm- Get a snack and study
5:45pm-6:15pm- Dinner
7:00pm-9:40pm- Spiritual Priorities
9:40pm-10:00pm- Get ready for bed
10:00pm- In bed.
And then Saturday:
7:00am-8:45am- Get up and around
9:00am-12:30pm- Spiritual Priorities
1:00pm-3:00pm- Catch up on shows, read, listen to music, etc..
3:00pm-5:00pm- Studying
5:00pm-6:00pm- Dinner
8:00pm-9:00pm- Shower
9:00pm-9:30pm- Other priorities
9:30-10:30- Reading, Music, etc...
10:30- In bed.
Sunday(My sleep- in day!):
11:00am-12:30pm- Wake up, get around
1:00pm-3:00pm- Spiritual Priorities
3:00pm-4:30pm- With a friend
5:00pm-6:00pm- Dinner
6:00pm-8:00pm- Studying
8:00pm-9:00pm- Shower
9:30pm- In bed.
So I don't really know where to schedule in time to work out, and I AM NOT a morning person at all, so It'd have to be some other time than before school. What do you think?
Another thing is that I don't really know what kind of foods I can eat in the morning, that I do not have to prepare, something I can take on the go. Also something super healthy, and something that will give me some energy. Something that is or should be in the kitchen at all times ! Thanks for your help!!(:

So: I am going to set goals for myself so I can stay motivated to loose weight as I go(:
GOALS:
1) 270- Get that pair of sunglasses from Target!
1) 260- Get a new pair of shoes!
2) 250- Get a my ears pierced, 2nd hole!
3) 240- Get some new makeup items!
4) 230- Get some new perfume!
5) 220- Get a new purse!
6) 210- Get some fingernail polish!
7) 200- Get My teeth whitened!
8) 190- Get some new hair accessories
9) 180- Get a new dress for the upcoming assembly!
10) 170- Get a My SpringIt!
11) 160- Get a pedicure!
12) 150- Get your hair done!
13) 140- Get your nose pierced!
14) 130- Get your very first bikini & Get your navel pierced!!!!!
There are 10 challenges for you to complete. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
