I have had some family circumstances lately and another problem with my knee. While I have been working out and also eating close to my diet I have not been logging like I should. I am looking forward to really tracking my grams of Protein, Carbs and Fat and make sure I am on track for what I need daily.

So hard to maintain on weekends, odd enought it is so easy during the week! Hanging in there and staying focused on my goals!

I have had a birthday with Paleo cake on the 4/18 as well as spring break with my son and I have tried to maintain my diet. I also did my first mud run on 4/21 it is sooo stinking hard when you need to get something out somewhere! At least I know this weight is accurate and since February I am down 16 total now. Not to mention the inches!

It is so increasingly hard to follow paleo with my cars breaking down, I noticed the days I had to fix the breaks for each of my three vehicles is when my plan broke down most.....also when I don't bring my lunch, need to work toward better planning!
