Been listening to old episodes of the Fat 2 Fit Radio podcast. I really like their philosophy. I am eating enough calories to fuel my basal metabolism PLUS anoth 10-20% for regular mild exercise. So for me that is about 1800 calories a day.
I vow to never go back into starvation mode or follow any calorie regime that is less than my basal metabolic rate.

Still swimming 3x week aiming for 30 each time. Treated myself to a massage last weekend and I really felt better. I was surprised that it helped with the aches and pains. I will plan to do that more often as a recharge the batteries task.

Been sick. Not eating the same, not exercising. Not drinking wine. Could account for the weight loss. Feeling better now, should be able to go back to swimming on Monday.
Still trying to tap into how I feel. I find it difficult to gauge my hunger and satiety. Trying to let myself get hungry - really feel my stomach growl. And then point out to myself that I'm not indeed dying and that I can truly eat when and what I choose. I'm not ever so hungry that my stomach thinks my throat is cut (haha) just enough to remind myself that I am in charge.
