OK,
haven't been keeping track of weight, a lot has been happening lately, had to evacuate with the worries over Oroville dam, and stay away for a few days, and coming back had to get caught up on appointments that where cancelled...And retrieve the bird from boarding (he didn't like it, ended up velcro'd to me for hours after we got home). Then return to work and get things caught up, pay off bills all this cost me...blah!
Go in at lunch for weigh in, I'll see how far off the rails I've gone...
Still no idea when the knee surgery is, GEEEZ I'm sick of this...Heavy I didn't have the energy or spirit to do much of anything but eat, grieve and be in constant physical pain...now, even thought I'm still in physical pain (that's driving me nuts!) and the grief I'm learning to handle, the spirit is ready to adventure, take that epic ride I've secretly wanted to do, backpacking like I used to so many ages ago and just 'do stuff' but this damnable knee and the foot beneath it that's been effected by the odd angles I'm forced to walk with leaves me shackled, chained like a slave to this misery and pain but I'm determined to push on with this, avoid eating myself back into oblivion and if needed run over anyone that stands in my way to achieve my ends..

not as bad as I thought it would be considering the diet being shot to hell in the evacuation and eating waaay to late (1am) and crap food at that (Jack in the box burger combo)....
but bird is taken care of (in boarding) ready to bug if this storm is a SHTF situation...

As of this morning, first thing out of bed...
But 220.1 (clothed) at my weigh-in at the clinic (every teusday at lunch).
And it hurt getting the B12 shot, normally it doesn't, they said that shows I'm holding water (a tanker truck comes to my mind, a big and round cylinder just stand it up, paint on a face..me).
Does seem counter-intuitive, drink water to loose water...
guess that's why sharks are so lean and mean... ;)
