It's that time of the month where I post my #'s & review from the current month & goals for the coming month,so here it is:

MAY ENDS/JUNE BEGINS:(*=Target)

REVIEW:My body is changing shape! Granted,the shape isn't at my ideal YET,but it is no longer barrel shaped either:D now it is a wide & straight with a slight curve at the top :D & I'm quite ok with that :D most things "under construction" don't look as they will *until* the construction is complete!

WHAT I HAVE DONE THIS MONTH:I have been eating more salads of GREEN thanks to Snow as YOU may know! I have upped my water & have hit the target goal 2 months in a row now! My results have shown a loss of 2" overall body fat from my bust, waist & hips!!!

WHAT NEEDS WORK:My eating is still not what I want it to be nor is my cardio or strength training.

ACTIVITY GOALS FOR JUNE:

Cardio/Strength Train everyday but Wed.(Wed wear pedometer & count steps)
Every day weigh ins on calender/main part of meals salad/70oz.Water B4 other bev.
Educate self on nutrition & how it effects the body.Test for accuracy. Apply Truths if "suitable" to my goals.

MEASURABLE GOALS FOR JUNE:

Lose 10 lbs, Lose 2"or more from waist,hips & thighs, Lower BMI & fat%, Wear a size 14 comfortably.


Don't wish me luck-Luck has nothing to do with it!
Encourage me with YOUR efforts,accomplishments,true knowledge & seizing of daily opportunities because THAT is what it takes to be the person *I* want to be :D

Hello Buddies!

My header is telling me that its been 15 days since my last weigh in but I'm telling YOU that it will be another 7 before I put in any numbers & when I do it will be ALL of them! Expect them at the end of this month.

I'm delighted that the color of my ticker has changed this month & have goals outlined to keep it changing***WOOOO HOOOO***

June,July & August will be EPIC for me both in revealing who *I* really am (my authentic self) & in revealing MY AWE THIN tic SELF as I *step out* even further from what my avatar depicts! ***O HAPPY DAY***

Please keep up with my progress as best you can as Im not on here as much as Id like to be, but I refuse to let any excuse keep me from getting here when I can! :D I will be looking for YOUR progress as motivation & inspiration to keep me going as I hope you do me :D

I leave YOU with shout outs who have added me with CONTINUED determination in my journey of weight management THIS month: (Drum Roll Please)

HEY,MY COLOR JUST CHANGED!!! :D

I checked in on the SHORTIES LOSING IT & left them with S.I.M.(support,inspire,motivate)
I weighed in & found the # on the scale FLIPPED with the # from last weigh in but the # is still going down (thumbs up!)
Overall,ALL IS GOOD :)

I thought I'd leave a few thoughts with the rest of my Buddies here at the fs community :) from my past readings,research,findings,etc.:
*** ACTIVITY involves everything below our neck.
*** COPING resides from our nose to our mind.
*** EATING concerns the things going in or coming out of our mouth.
*** SPEED/QUANITY is NOT the point of exercise,TONE/STRENGTH are.
*** To Love,Laugh,Eat & Live is a LIFESTYLE
*** STRESS is an INTERNAL RESPONSE to PRESSURE
*** PRESSURE is EXTERNAL-a FORCE pushing us to respond
*** Pressure is UNIVERSAL
*** Stress is PERSONAL(our choice)
WHY does one fail while another succeeds??? MIND+HEART!!!
*Its about our ATTITUDES & FEELINGS :D
*Its about HOW we deal with pressure.How we LEARN to LOVE it! Coping is about the way we react & THIS is where ACHIEVEMENTS stem from!!!
