Well my weekend was a total bust, because of my work days I get thursday night and friday nights off, well that is unless you get a stomack virus and are layed up all weekend. That was my time off sick and in bed. The good thing about it if there was a good thing was I did not eat mich of anything for the first two day I had the virus. But on the three day in the am, i was as hungry and all I wanted was grease and salt. So Micky D's it was for something grease and salty. I At least got rid of the hungry pains. Im doing well right now back at work and Well start an new week on Monday, so I will get put this week behind me and start a new. Weight in will be updated and I hope to get my starting pic. up also.

Had my daily fix tonight, things went very well I was a little tired but my C4 helped a lot. Then once I got into my workout things got even better. Middle of the week half the workout are over and the other half still to come. Looking forward to it then my day of rest.
Once I get on my own computer I will post my starting pic. cant do it from where I am now but hope to have it before the week is over. It is good to see all the people posting and sending pic. to the challenge. It is hard to post pic. like that but it is great motivation. keep it comming and dont give up.

Today I got my grilscout cookies in and that was not a good thing but I was able to be some what strong. Instead of eating the hole box I eat 6 cookies then place the rest on the kitchen table for any whoi wanted. I have two more boxes and think I will do the same thing over the nect two week. One box a week take about six out to enjoy then give them away.
As for the rest of the day eating was mostly the same had my daliy fix and feel great right now even though I hard to walk around did a killer leg work. Squat, Leg press, leg extention, still leg dead lifts, seated leg curls, leg press calf raises and seated calf raises. And boy was I done, but then it was cardio time did not go as fast but burned my same caloires at the same time. The it was off the work feeling great after a hot, hot shower.

Had my daily fix today, the workout was great and love the way it make me feel afterwards even thought I go to work right after it makes the first few hours at work very enjoyable instead of hating that im there. So these workout are helping all around.
