Brief Progress:
Yesterday, I believe I did my best for the first day of my dieting. Even though my body is telling me to eat all day but I headed to the fruit and Jello. I usually head straight to the sugar but this time I didn't. That is a huge step forward! Today, I am going to start doing my exercising which will get my body back to functioning.

Going on a strict diet again. I find myself heading to sugar every time I get a chance. Not Healthy! I will begin starting Monday,February 20, 2023 I will be exercising daily as much as possible. If weather permits, I will be going on a jog for 10 minutes at a time and doing more sit-ups as well.
