My butt hurts... FIRM workout often has lots of lunges, and that's why my butt hurts.

After recording pretty much everything I ate yesterday, I was surprised to see how much calories I ate. Actually it should not be a surprise, but I was surprised anyway. It really proved me that I need to track what I eat as I eat, as much as possible, instead of waiting till the end of the day.

Today is a rest day for my workout. If I can manage, I may do pilates dvd, I'll see. Today's focus is controlling food intake!

My husband rubbed me the wrong way, and TOM is just around corner. I am too enraged to do any workout today. I am glad that today was rest day!
... I don't know what I am doing today...! I cannot remember what I ate after lunch, which means there must be lots of munches, here and there, and there and here... Gosh...!

Time flew so fast! My school work finished in late October, finally. Then there was a family event; my in-laws (a party of three adults) came and stayed five days; we took them out every single day, including a day trip with 6-hours driving. Finally those busy days are over! I need to get back on the good daily routine with regular workout.

Every time I come back from a long break, I start with FIRM DVD, "hi-def sculpt". When I am in a good shape, this one is so easy. However, it is a quite good workout after a long break. It makes me realize how weak my muscle became during the break. The realization motivates me and tells me how much I need to work on.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the first weigh-in day for my new beginning. I am a little scared to face to the "number" although I am feeling enough change on my body. I have lost core strength, and my mid-section obviously got thicker. I really need to focus and keep motivate myself.

Okay... my new starting number is no "too bad", but it is still not good either. Besides eating and exercising, I need to improve my "irregularity". The last a few months has been really "irregular", and I am really feeling uncomfortable. I know the main contribution is not drinking enough water.

There are seven weeks left this year. By the end of this year,
- I will bring my number to 118. It shouldn't be too hard.
- While the realistic goal of this year is 118, the dream goal is 115.

My plan for the next seven weeks are:
- Do workout regularly, at least five days a week.
- Drink water at least seven glasses a day. (Do not include coffee, tea, and wine.)
- Pay attention to protein and fiber intake.

I will follow FIRM calender for the first three weeks. Once my body gets familiar with doing workout, I am planning to kick it up a notch by altering scheduled workouts.

My biggest enemies are holidays and books now. I need to keep my focus and make time to do workout!

I am back... sort of. This is the preparation for coming back to FS. I know it did not need to be this way, but I just could not do everything at the same time...

I am in the sixth week of the eight-week term. When this term ends, my journey ends too. It means my current primal commitment will be end. I can spend more time on other things, and there are many things that has to be taken cared too. FS is one of them.

I am not doing workout; I am not cooking well and not eating well. The last time I checked my weight a couple of weeks ago, it was 118. I think it was due to muscle loss. I feel and know that I am heavier than 118 now, and I am scared to face to the fact. At the same time, I know I should know my weight. Besides, there is a formal event in early November. I want to be look good on that day and in pictures.

So, here is what I am going to do. On the last day of this term, 10/23, I will check my weight. Meanwhile, I may re-introduce workout in my life, eat better, and cook more often, as much as possible. I am scared to know my weight already...!
