10 de MAYO, comienzo el volumen controlado, planeando unos 3-6kg de masa muscular ganadas. El volumen que planteo no considero que se me vaya a desbordar.
Mi idea con esto es:
1. Terminar el año entre unos 86 y 90kg. Por lo tanto aumentar entre 100 - 200grs por semana. Y tal vez añadir un mes de fuerza en el medio, aunque no estoy seguro, lo iré viendo.

Esta semana baje casi 600gramls, algo muy raro ya que había subido las calorías. Pero recordé que antes de lesionarme yo estaba comiendo 3000kcal y pesaba 80kg, ahora estuve comiendo 2700 y pesaba 84,4kg. Dejare hacer lo que mi cuerpo me pida, e ire subiendo las calorías gradualmente.
