instead of recording my weight this week (more like two weeks), i decided to post a minor progress picture. the left pic is from May at 200, the right pic is current (with an unstable 189-194 swing ugh); all of this is after two months of a strider/elliptical, i started strength training about 2-3 weeks ago. the position and clothes aren't exact, but i feel like my legs show some difference. i need to take measurements!
a recent gyno appointment went terrible so i've been putting myself down. where my weight loss absolutely thrilled my primary care doc, who continued to be so supportive, instead my gyno remains unimpressed. she looked at my 75lb loss and asked, "have you thought about another 50 more?"
psh! of course that's my goal

i really didn't think i'd make progress, i binged a few days this week. but i also tried to keep up my activity while i still have the pleasure of time before the semester starts.
i received shitty comments from some friends, but i am more determined now to continue. one won't let it go that i lost weight in my chest while the other criticized my gyming it up. and yet... the people who really matter stepped up to show their support. this whole process really revealed people's true colors.

i haven't logged my weight in like three weeks because i really only managed to maintain. i started to work out (5-6 days, cardio, alternate strengthening, and swimming!), but i haven't got a handle on maintaining a significant enough deficit to continue weight loss. i wanna tighten up my skinn but i still wanna keep losing
i had my physical last week though. my doc wasn't as impressed with the weight loss this time around (25lbs six months), but she was happy about my labs. my thyroid and cholesterol leveled off last time... the CK protein in my liver that caused major concern the past couple years seemed to level off this time. such a relief! although she isn't ruling out stress triggering symptoms again.
i've been focusing on everything else but the academic stuff i need to do this summer. i'm giving myself another week and then it's back to the grind!

500~ calorie lunch. you can leave out the bread and cheese for most of it. i skimped on breakfast so i'm trying to set myself up for the rest of the day
